Beyond Fitness mission is to show everyone in the world how they can achieve their personal health and fitness goals and live life without restrictions. Beyond Fitness was Founded by Carlos Brevard back in 2009. He created Beyond Fitness with the sole purpose of showing people how challenging goals, can be achieved; through breaking down difficult barriers that are hindering individuals from their desired results and progress in their health and wellbeing. Being healthy and fit it is not dependent on how you look. We know that for the body to be healthy, the mind has to be ready to establish healthy habits, and that is known as the Beyond Fitness Way. Beyond Fitness programs are all formulated for our members to look and feel their best while enjoying the highest quality of life. We make health and fitness an enjoyable experience to to help all of our member establish and maintain new lifestyle habits. Here at Beyond Fitness, members are increasing their productivity in their daily life.

Coach Carlos D. Brevard began his fitness and sports journey back in high school with the Maryland Bowie Bulldogs, winning the football 4A State Championship in 2001. He continued to play football at Frostburg State University, where he received his B.S. in Exercise Sports Science in 2008, with a concentration in Health and Fitness.

 

He became Certified Personal Trainer in June of  2008. In 2014 Carlos' fitness and sports journey took a new turn as he challenged himself to become a professional physique competitor. In just his second competition he won his first pro card, winning the NGA Mount Rogers/Pro Blowout competition two conservative years 2014-2015, and placing 3rd overall in NGA National Pro Universe in 2015. In June of 2021 Carlos earned his Sport Nutritionist Specialist Certification.

 

 As CEO and Head Coach of Beyond Fitness, Carlos' focal point is to demonstrate how life can be enhanced by including health and fitness within your daily schedule. Carlos believes that a healthy mind and heart are key to achieving and maintaining desired results, and fitness is more than just achieving large biceps and a flat stomach. Fitness and wellness is a lifestyle that you learn to live and enjoy. 

Dylan began his fitness journey a little differently than most fitness professionals. He grew up overweight and dealt with constant bullying and self-image issues. Furthermore, he personally has gone through three major weight losses. Which each time, he lost over 40 pounds. This motivated him to pursue a career in the health and wellness industry. After playing basketball throughout high school, he graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with his B.S. in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise Sciences.

During college, he interned at Dr Roger’s Weight Loss Centers, where he learned how to administer Resting and Active Metabolic Assessments. This knowledge lead him to LifeTime Athletic, where he thrived as a department head, tasked with running their Metabolic program.

 

Dylan is a big believer in knowing what your body is asking for – both nutrition and workout related. Furthermore, he is able to tell you exactly how many calories which you should be eating, based on whichever goal you are shooting for (weight loss, maintenance, weight gain); and, develop personalized cardio plans, telling you exactly which speeds, inclines, resistance levels and heart rate ranges you need to be in to expedite results in a safe and effective manor.

 

Dylan’s main focus is to prove that committing to your health can be done in a fun and effective way. His past overweight issues give him a very unique way of empathizing with people who are going through the same thing, yet feel trapped and scared of not knowing what to do. Health and Wellness should be a reward for your body, rather than a punishment. It’s truly a lifestyle.

Coach Rosaline's, education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, clinical herbalist, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and her knowledge of different dietary theories, she work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.


She received her training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's innovative Health Coach Training Program. Also training as a Clinical Herbalist from the Mid Atlantic Herbal School and the Smile Herb shop.


During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.


As a Clinical Herbalist. She can do a complete assessment and recommend which herbal remedies are customized for you.  she uses food, herbs, and exercise for healing and maintaining a Heavenly body.
